Did you know 2022 was the year of the Miller? Join Locke’s Mill for an Open Mill Day featuring a once in a lifetime opportunity to be a part of record setting event to honor the Year of the Miller! On Saturday, April 9th the Guild of Volunteer Millers is sponsoring a record setting effort to get as many millers of the 2,600 in their membership to participate in an international celebration of the Year of Miller. To participate Locke’s Mill will be ceremoniously running the mill starting at 11:00am to 12 noon before starting regularly scheduled grinding for the day.

The mill will remain in operation and open to the public until 4pm. There will be select grains available for purchase.
